Organizational Development

While partnering with a Governmental organization, leadership noted their employees were struggling with communicating effectively with one another as this organization was very large, diverse, and geographically disperse. Leadership was also consistently receiving feedback that manager/employee reviews and one-on-one meetings were not as fruitful as they could be.

Partnering with this organization we discovered both management and employees could benefit from better understanding each other's communication preferencesstrengths, and behavioral responses.

We paired the organization with our Clifton Strengths certified coaches and worked with leaders and employees to navigate through a series of strengths, personality, and behavioral assessments.

Through this engagement, both leaders and employees reported a markedly positive change in frequency and medium of communications and in later employee surveys, employees were reporting stronger and more meaningful career discussions were taking place with managers. The managers also reported stronger and more meaningful career conversations were occurring with their managers.
