Change Management 

While partnering with a global ag-tech company, we designed, developed, trained, and managed communications as we rolled out a new framework which brought the business and technology together to delivery value to its customers.

 

Prior to this engagement, the organization was operating as distinct value capture areas by global region. With one region or value capture space often not collaborating with the other. This resulted in major delays of critical technology launches in support of physical product launches, costing millions of dollars/euros and placing even more revenue at high risk.

Partnering with this organization and its global executive team, we suggested bringing the organization and its supporting divisions under one global portfolio and agile delivery mechanism. Shortly after we partnered with another strong agile firm and began training and planning to roll out this new way of working within a scalable agile delivery framework. Consultants were placed at all levels of the delivery apparatus and both in-class and hands on training began.

After a few iterations, the organization was able to more effectively plan as a group, work through timelines and tradeoffs, and ultimately, delivery value to customers more quickly that it had before.
